Songs from the River's Edge

I don't believe in ghosts. But I have been haunted. Stalked by emotions long ignored and put away. Sometimes I go to the river's edge, where the water meets the land, and let those feelings wash on down the stream. Other times, I have to go in to the cold water and fight the rushing current. Other times, I go into the river and I find my own stillness in the flow around me. 

My songs honor those who find themselves at the river; those who need to summon the courage to go in; those who are struggling in its depths; and those who have come out on the other side.
